After being laid off from her corporate job several years ago, Tiffany Young decided to chase her passion for everything pink and open Pink Pastry Parlor in Atlanta. Pink Pastry Parlor is a bakery with a specialty that is threefold -- homemade Southern desserts, parties for all ages and memorable events that last a lifetime. This docu-series walks viewers through the planning process for the shop's parties, right up to when the bash takes place. The majority of the time, Tiffany and her crew throw parties for young people, so they must work hard to make sure each girl's dream comes true. What kinds of challenges do they face? How about finding a way to bring water into the shop when a woman requests an underwater element for her daughter's seventh birthday party? With requests like that, ``Party at Tiffany's'' might be described as ``My Super Sweet 16'' for younger girls.
