There's no telling if there are ``8 Simple Rules'' for hosting the People's Choice Awards but ``The Big Bang Theory'' leading lady Kaley Cuoco knows, as she has been tapped to host the 38th annual ceremony at which the award winners are revealed. As the name implies, members of the public get the opportunity to vote on the nominees and winners in each of the award categories, which run the gamut of music, movies and TV. Fans also get to vote on new categories in which awards will be given. The ceremony is broadcast from the Nokia Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.
