SHOW DESCRIPTION

CNN hopes Piers Morgan's got talent to bring in the ratings and make a dent in the stranglehold Fox News has on prime-time cable news. Morgan, a judge on NBC's ``America's Got Talent'' and a longtime journalist in the United Kingdom, is occupying the time slot formerly held for years by Larry King. On ``Piers Morgan Tonight,'' the host conducts candid, in-depth interviews of newsmakers, much like King did, except Morgan won't hesitate to challenge his guests or ask a needed follow-up question from time to time.
