DESCRIPTION
``Price This Place'' gives HGTV fans a chance to test their real estate knowledge and win a lot of cash. Host Chuck Nice hits the streets at the bustling South Street Seaport in New York or roams the Mall of America in Minneapolis with thousands of dollars in hand. He shows regular folks video clips of real estate from around the country, and if they are able to correctly answer some simple questions, such as guessing a home's sale price, they walk away either a property pro with more money in their pocket or a real estate rookie lamenting their lost opportunity.
