SHOW DESCRIPTION

Brooklyn's Brighton Beach neighborhood is home to a vibrant Russian-American community. This docu-series (referred to by some as a Russian ``Jersey Shore'') follows eight larger-than-life men and women who live life to the fullest, love passionately and work hard in the historic neighborhood. The show provides a look at the neighborhood's multigenerational families whose drama and dreams oppose their Russian heritage. While watching, viewers see that the people featured in the program are anything but wooden dolls.
