DESCRIPTION
``Master Carver'' Steve Blanchard is one of many artists who use wood and chainsaws to create sculptures in the little-known art form of chainsaw carving. For ``Saw Dogs,'' Blanchard gathers some of the best carvers in the world to form a team capable of taking on even the most intricate commissions imaginable, and that's just what they do. In each episode, Blanchard and his men are joined by guest carvers who offer their specialized skills and take on a vast array of incredible projects, such as carving horses out of redwood. Through it all, the team faces short timelines, tight budgets and the occasional disaster as they struggle to work together and deliver the pieces on time.
