DESCRIPTION
Cake ace Duff Goldman leaves his bakery to embark on a cross-country trek in search of, not surprisingly, the best sugary treats he can find. Goldman captures some of the sweet secrets and tasty techniques of some of the top bakeries in the U.S. From diners to food carts and boutique bakeries, the cake master proves that decadent desserts are anything but ordinary. Some of the treats he eats on his journey include chilled bread pudding in California, s'mores in Dallas and apple strudel in Chicago. Who knows, he may even eat some cake along the way.
