SHOW DESCRIPTION

The long-running reality series hosted by Jeff Probst returns for its 23rd installment, this time from a remote island in the Pacific Ocean. Like the previous season, contestants who are eliminated from the game are given the chance to re-enter the competition. Each time a person is voted off, he or she is sent to an isolated island and waits to duel the next eliminated contestant. The winner is allowed to stay on the island and continue fighting to get back in the game. The season's 16 new contestants are joined by two veteran players.
