He's the ``Commissioner of Tailgating,'' and he takes the self-proclamation seriously. Since 1996, former cooking school owner Joe Cahn has traveled in a motor home to NASCAR tracks, every NFL stadium and hundreds of colleges seeking to meet the country's best tailgaters. So he knows what to look for in ``Tailgate Takedown,'' in which Cahn visits a different college stadium each episode to pit three teams of local tailgaters against one another in a cooking competition. Celebrity judges pick the winner, who receives a cash prize, on the basis of their foods' taste, presentation and how functional the dishes are at a tailgate party. The show also features a tour of the teams' decked-out trailers and a look at the technology that helps these serious partyers create one-of-a-kind tailgate spreads.
