After three seasons of working with celebrities, Donald Trump returns to his ``The Apprentice'' roots by welcoming businesspeople back into the boardroom and ultimately giving one of them a job within his organization. Rather than giving out lavish rewards as in past seasons, this year's focus will be giving out meaningful rewards aimed at improving the lives of the 16 candidates, all of whom have been hit hard by the economic downturn.
