SHOW DESCRIPTION

Alison Sweeney returns to host the 11th season of the popular reality series that helps people lose weight. In addition to trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, the contestants have the option to work with two unknown trainers at a secret location in exchange for four weeks of immunity. Among this year's crop of contestants is an Olympic gold medalist and a student who has already been inspired by the show to drop 112 pounds. Once again, the teams are competing to lose the most weight and take home the $250,000 grand prize.
