What separates The Electric Barbarellas from other girl groups trying to hit it big? Well, nothing right now. They can sing, they can dance, and they look great, but progress toward a music career for the five young women who make up the electronic pop band seems to short-circuit more often than not. They share a love of music and also a home in Hollywood, but infighting, frayed emotions and bruised egos run rampant and threaten the group's livelihood. This docu-reality series pulls back the curtain on the Barbarellas, introducing the big personalities and bigger dreams of members Heather (the ring leader), Chelsea (the girl next door), Gynger (the practical joker), Missy (the fun-loving, crazy one) and Raven (the tough ex-model).
