DESCRIPTION
On HGTV's ``Get It Sold'' and ``Real Estate Intervention,'' designer Sabrina Soto uses her home-staging skills to expedite property sales. On ``The High Low Project,'' Soto demonstrates a slightly different take on the staging process. First, she creates a homeowner's dream room with high-end furniture, wall coverings and window treatments, then replaces each item with budget-friendly replicates. When the final change is made, the family discovers that living in luxury and loving the price tag aren't mutually exclusive.
