This new 16-episode series combines travel, cooking, history, science and humor as narrator Anthony Bourdain explores the mind of New York chef David Chang -- the creative force behind New York's popular Momofuku restaurants. In the series premiere, David investigates his passion for ramen dishes and tsukemen on a trip to Japan. Highlights from other episodes include a trip to Montreal for Wilensky's fried-bologna sandwiches and whiskey tasting with chef Sean Brock.
