"The Mind of a Chef" combines travel, cooking, history, science and humor in a weekly series about everyone's favorite topic -- food. Each season brings with it a new host as well as fresh and exciting recipes. American chef and author Gabrielle Hamilton, owner of Prune, in New York, hosts the first half of season four. Chef David Kinch of Manresa, in Los Gatos, Calif., hosts the second-half of the season. The series is narrated by chef Anthony Bourdain.
