Ten chefs take on culinary challenges in a bid to win their own cooking show on Food Network. Network execs Susie Fogelson and Bob Tuschman return as judges, with Bobby Flay stepping into a more extended mentoring and judging role this season. And the winner is decided by the producers, rather than by viewer vote, as had been the practice in the first seasons.
