SHOW DESCRIPTION

Overly confident success junkie Helena Delaney is in over her head running the Country Music Television Network, but that doesn't stop her from doing her best Michael Scott impression during staff meetings or shielding her cluelessness about the country music industry with misguided rants. Helena's equally eccentric staff includes network hosts Calvin Bates, a brown-nosing jokester, and Rusty Katz, an insufferable know-it-all; Ellis Dukes, her boss and ex-lover; and her assistant, Amber Day, who is younger and thinner than Helena and thus a big-time rival.
