``Top Chef'' heads to Seattle for the show's 10th season and adds a world-renowned chef to its roster of judges. Wolfgang Puck joins Tom Colicchio, Hugh Acheson, Gail Simmons, Emeril Lagasse and Padma Lakshmi (who also hosts) in critiquing the cheftestants' dishes. Each episode features two challenges for the aspiring chefs, one that tests their basic culinary abilities and a second, an elimination challenge, that tests the contestants' versatility and inventiveness. The challenges also reveal if the contestants have the customer service, management and teamwork abilities needed to win the competition. After the chefs are pared down each week, the winner receives a prize package that includes $125,000, a feature in Food & Wine magazine and the title of Top Chef.
