The popular ``Top Chef'' franchise makes its way to Canada with 16 competitors competing for a grand prize of $100,000 and a new kitchen -- not to mention the honor of becoming Canada's first Top Chef. Veteran TV personality Thea Andrews has been tapped to host the show, with celebrity chef and restaurateur Mark McEwan serving as the head judge. Joining McEwan at the judges' table are resident judge Shereen Arazm and a number of guest judges who will be joining the show throughout the season.
