Ever wonder what the herbs and spices are in the Colonel's secret recipe? Food hacker and best-selling cookbook author Todd Wilbur hopes to reveal that to viewers of ``Top Secret Recipe.'' In each episode, Wilbur tries to re-create a popular brand's secret recipe. He first meets with the company's CEO, then spends the next three days trying to re-create the recipe by using his sleuthing skills and testing samples in his undercover mobile food lab. At the end of the three-day period, brand executives and fans dine on both the original recipe and Wilbur's re-creation in a blind taste test. Todd's goal: trick the taste testers into thinking his version of the recipe is what they have been eating and enjoying for years (or, in some cases, decades).
