People come to Ocean City, N.J., for the beaches but stay for the cookies -- Susan Adair's cookies. She is the woman behind the baked goods at Crazy Susan's Cookies in the popular seaside tourist destination. She opened the store in 2006 after family and friends told her that her cookies were the best they had ever eaten. Susan's sister, Linda Brand, is the co-owner of Crazy Susan's, running the business side of the operation. Linda's duties include managing the staff, which is made up of mainly family members. Susan is the brains behind the baking, always coming up with new cookie concoctions, such as a banana split cookie for her father's 88th birthday celebration. It's truly a family affair at Crazy Susan's, where the lines are out the door and the phones don't stop ringing during Ocean City's tourist season.
