The fourth season of ``Tough Love'' ventures into the sexy and temptation-filled city of New Orleans, where eight unlucky-in-love women take part in Steve Ward's Master Matchmakers boot camp. Assisted by his mom and business partner, JoAnn, Steve breaks down the women's bad dating habits, including acting phony, coming across as shy and maintaining low standards for a mate, over the course of a 10-week program, during which the women live together. They also test their newfound relationship skills on dates with eligible bachelors. If the women follow his rules, Steve guarantees they will soon be involved in loving and lasting relationships.
