DESCRIPTION
A life in the city or settling down in the suburbs is the choice many home buyers have to make, and the decision doesn't necessarily hinge on the issue of space vs. price. In ``Urban Suburban,'' brother and sister real estate agents Philip DuMoulin and Sarah Daniels help families weigh the benefits of each destination in a competitive way, with DuMoulin championing city living and Daniels advocating a suburban lifestyle. Buyers in cities such as Vancouver, Halifax, Calgary and Toronto are shown three rounds of urban vs. suburban homes, and at the end of each episode they must pick the home and location that suits them best.
