``Whisker Wars'' provides an inside look at the competitive world of facial hair growing by following a group of hopefuls as they enter bearding contests all over the country in order to prepare for the world championships in Trondhjem, Norway. The best beards from more than 80 U.S. chapters of enthusiasts come together to form the ultimate American bearding team: Beard Team USA. The men hit the road and soon find out that the road to the top is harder than they thought. With rivalries and jealousy jeopardizing the team as a whole and the captain's motives under question, the men must hold it all together if they want to make it to Norway and have a shot at bringing home the world title.
