"Work of Art: The Next Great Artist" returns for its sophomore season, looking for the next great up-and-coming artist. Fourteen artists compete in the competition with a grand prize that includes a solo show at the Brooklyn Museum and a $100,000 cash prize. Each week, the contestants must create an original work of art in a medium of their choice. The judges include Bill Powers, Jerry Saltz and rotating guest judges. Art auctioneer Simon de Pury mentors the contestants, and China Chow serves as host and another judge.
