by Anna Johns, posted Sep 5th 2006 7:29PM
Harold Perrineau isn't exactly off the show, but apparently he does have some spare time over the next few months. According to Zap2It, he has signed on for three upcoming films, including the sequel to the crazy/good British zombie flick, 28 Days Later. It's called 28 Weeks Later and Perrineau will play an American Special Forces pilot who has to bring families back to London after an infection of 'rage' nearly wiped out the population. Of course, the virus rears its ugly head again. Perrineau also has roles in two other movies, including one with John Malkovich.Lost producers have said that Perrineau, who plays Michael, still has a role in the show. But, last we saw him he betrayed his friends to get his son back and was driving off into the sunset in The Others' boat.
