Some wounds are apparently still too raw, and clearly Amber Portwood has yet to work through her emotions about the death of her sister. On the 'Teen Mom' (Tue., 10PM ET on MTV) special, Dr. Drew brought the tragedy up again as a talking point.

He'd tried before to talk to Amber about it, but she wasn't able to, so instead he tried to get her mother Tonya to open up a little about the incident that happened when Amber was six years old on the reunion show.

But when Tonya started telling the story about how she found her daughter's body in her crib, Amber was so overwhelmed with emotion that she walked off the stage, where we could hear her crying.

On 'Teen Mom' (Tue., 10PM ET on MTV), Amber Portwood is something of a hot mess. She has some serious anger issues, and can mix them with an unhealthy dose of denial as well.

While Gary was smug and insensitive to the fact that Amber is at risk of losing custody of their daughter, he was right in saying, "Nothing I did should ever provoke you enough to hit me."

In fact, we were flabbergasted when Amber said, "Yeah, everything is my fault for hitting you. But the thing is, Gary, what provoked those situations?" Yup, Amber's blaming him for her lack of self control.

Jake Gyllenhaal is getting in touch with his wild side.

On July 11, the Oscar nominee will appear alongside Bear Grylls on the Discovery Channel series 'Man Vs. Wild' with Bear Grylls.

Gyllenhaal and Grylls will trek through the Icelandic landscape -- through mountains, glaciers and volcanoes -- with the actor forced to shadow the host as they endure rough weather conditions. Their adventure will kick off six all-new episodes of the series.
