In his new NBC movie, 'Game Time: Tackling the Past,' Beau Bridges plays Frank Walker, a small town high school football coach. You could make the case that it's a role for which he's spent a lifetime preparing, as evidenced by his interview on 'Good Day New York' (weekdays, 9AM ET on Fox). Bridges' dad coached his teams growing up, and Bridges has five kids, and said he has coached all of their teams, as well.He also learned a lot in college, where he played for a year under legendary coach John Wooden, who coached the UCLA men's basketball team to ten championships in twelve years. He shared some of Wooden's pyramid of success, which he developed as an English teacher. "The pyramid being these blocks of character elements that you need to find success," said Bridges. "To coach, success wasn't about winning, it was finding piece of mind."
