Review: The Venture Bros. - The Better Man
by Annie Wu, posted Dec 7th 2009 11:46AM

(S04E07) Wow. And wow again. Not only did we actually get closure on a few issues that had the potential to drag on forever (Archie and Betty/Veronica style), but we got one the best episodes of the season. I carefully considered whether my love for the Order of the Triad was making me a bit biased, but I honestly think this episode was a perfect example of advancing characters without sacrificing the comedy that made us fall in love with The Venture Bros. in the first place.
Also, they introduced the hottest VB lady yet, and I dare anyone to try and convince me otherwise.

(S03E07) Now, that was a Venture Bros. episode. In fact, throw the cake and eat some confetti, because I think I may have a new addition to my top five favorite episodes. After my less-than-confident review of last week's episode, "Dr. Quymn, Medicine Woman", this was a very pleasant surprise. The episode didn't have any real ties to previous ones, but we got the chance to explore yet another part of the compound and some dark secrets of the original Team Venture.%Gallery-27508%

(S02E08) Yet another fantastic episode. I'm really astounded by how well this season is going. This week contained a better look at the inner workings of the hero/super-scientist vs. arch-enemies business, and, for the two of you interested, there's Monarch nudity.TV Squad Hot Topics
