Sure, Jamie Foxx is just playing an animated canary named Nico in the film 'Rio,' but that doesn't mean he doesn't take his preparations seriously. On 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM on ABC), Foxx joked about the rigorous studying he did for the role, from acting like a bird to studying the geography of Rio firsthand.

"I actually slept in a nest the whole time I was filming this because, you know, I'm method," he said. He also revealed that he considers Nico, a yellow canary, to be "light-skinned."

On 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated), pro dancer Cheryl Burke explained her recent snub of R&B singer Chris Brown on 'Dancing With the Stars.'

Burke, along with several other 'DWTS' cast members, shunned Brown backstage when he performed a musical number on the dance competition last week.

In what she apparently viewed as a gesture on behalf of women, Nancy Grace demanded to see the window that singer Chris Brown allegedly broke on 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM on ABC). 'GMA' host Robin Roberts had pressed Brown last week on an incident with his former girlfriend, Rihanna, in which Brown was accused of assaulting her. Brown threw a tantrum on set and was said to have shattered a window.

Roberts was speaking with Grace today about other cases when Grace made a sudden demand. "Before I leave," she said, "on behalf of women everywhere, I demand to see the window that Chris Brown kicked out." She promised she would not rip her shirt off and run out into the street, like Brown did. "What, did he think you were going to fight with him and tear him down by his T-shirt?" she said, and before waiting for Roberts to reply, added, "No comment? OK."

In a show about dancing, Chris Brown brought the acrobatics on this first 'Dancing With the Stars' (Tue., 8PM ET on ABC) elimination show of the season. He may not have been in danger of getting cut from the show -- though there was some speculation after his 'Good Morning America' meltdown -- but he fought like his career was on the line.

With two performances, 'DWTS' and ABC certainly weren't shying away from the singer. The question was if fans of the show could look past his erratic behavior and troubled past, as he clearly wants us all to do, and focus on the energy and excitement of his performance and music.

On 'Yeah 3X,' Brown was flying around the stage and definitely putting on a show, though we're not so sure all those auto-tuned vocals were being performed live.

With Chris Brown scheduled to perform on tonight's 'Dancing With the Stars' results show, 'DWTS' insiders are very worried that the hotheaded performer may get booed on live television.

"It's a family-friendly show that wants to keep its tone upbeat and happy," a show insider tells PopEater's Rob Shuter. "The last thing they want to happen is for Chris to not get a very warm welcome and ruin the whole atmosphere for the entire evening."

Following Chris Brown's outburst on 'Good Morning America' three days ago, ABC is reportedly trying to get the singer and ex-girlfriend Rihanna to sit down for an interview together.

A source close to ABC news told E! that the network wants to "milk this event for everything it's worth." On Tuesday, Chris Brown became outraged following an interview with the morning show's Robin Roberts, because she asked him a question about Rihanna. The singer, who kept his composure throughout the interview, broke a window in his dressing room, tore off his shirt and stormed out of the studio following his appearance.

Chris Brown apologized on '106 & Park' for going on a rampage following a 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM ET on ABC) interview where he was asked questions about former girlfriend Rihanna. 'GMA' played the apology as well as an official response from ABC News this morning.

"I want to apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, anybody who was offended or really looked disappointed at my actions, because I was disappointed in the way I acted," said Brown.

On 'The Wendy Williams Show' (weekdays, syndicated), Wendy Williams strongly criticized Chris Brown for his tirade following an interview on 'Good Morning America' yesterday. The singer allegedly flew into a rage and broke a window in his dressing room after being questioned by Robin Roberts about his domestic abuse incident with former girlfriend Rihanna.

"[Roberts] was right to ask you about Rihanna. You will get asked that question from now until the end of time and you better figure out a ... mature way of answering it," Williams chided.

Yesterday we reported how Chris Brown's violent outburst at 'Good Morning America' may have put his future on 'Dancing With the Stars' in jeopardy.

However, according to 'Entertainment Weekly,' the R&B singer is still booked to appear on the show on March 29th. 'EW' says an ABC source confirmed that Brown will perform as part of his promotional tour for his new album, 'F.A.M.E.'.

'People' reports that Brown "is upset" by what happened after his 'Good Morning America' interview Tuesday morning and that "He's been trying to move on from his past."

'Dancing With the Stars' did a lot of promotion for Chris Brown's performance next week, however all that may be moot after his reported violent incident at ABC's 'Good Morning America.'

Now, several ABC executives are demanding Chris Brown to be banned from the series.

"Chris was so dangerous backstage that we called 911," a 'GMA' insider tells me. "He totally flew off the handle after being asked a question about his 2009 assault of his then-girlfriend Rihanna. Now ABC has to decide if they are willing to let this man promote his music on a family show on its network or walk away from this obviously troubled young man."

On a recent 'Good Morning America' segment, Chris Brown was a little terse when asked questions about his relationship with former girlfriend Rihanna and the resulting restraining order. He wanted to focus on his new album, and he allegedly tore up his dressing room after the interview.

Whoopi Goldberg talked about the incident Tuesday on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) and what was upsetting about it. "Something that is allegedly this violent, it seems to me, is going to be even more of a setback for him because it could mean jail time."

But that wasn't the most upsetting thing for Goldberg. No, the most upsetting thing for her was that Brown was wearing her shoes. "He's wearing my clear, see-through shoes with the wings," she said, propping her foot up on the table. She did not see it as a case of great minds thinking alike.

Billy Bush and Kit Hoover weighed in on Chris Brown's 'Good Morning America' meltdown, where the singer allegedly broke a window and stormed out of the 'GMA' offices after repeated questions about his domestic abuse incident with then-girlfriend Rihanna.

"Why is he playing the victim?" asked Hoover. "He would serve so much better if he just apologized, said, 'You know what? That was a time in my life that was dark. I'm moving forward.' Like, he's feeding into it."

On 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM ET on ABC), Chris Brown avoided questions on his domestic violence incident with Rihanna, and instead tried to turn the conversation toward his new album 'F.A.M.E.'

When Robin Roberts asked about the current status of his restraining order, Brown replied, "It's not really a big deal to me now as far as that situation. I think I'm past that in my life and, I think, today's the album day so that's what I'm focused on."
