by Chris Harnick, posted Jun 25th 2011 10:00AM
Ice Loves CocoIt was only a matter of time before Coco used 'Ice Loves Coco' to launch a new single. Thankfully, we only had to wait for episode three for this to happen.

In this Sunday's new episode (10:30PM on E!), cameras follow Coco and Ice-T as they produce Coco's new single, 'Shoe Freak.'

Now, just from listening to a wonderful minute long snippet, here's what we've gathered:

• Coco is a shoe freak. She spends a good chunk of the preview saying designer names from Alexander McQueen to Fendi.

Ice-T and Coco Explain Why Their Marriage Works (VIDEO)

by Nick Zaino, posted Jun 7th 2011 4:10PM
Coco and Ice-T on 'Access Hollywood Live'Ice-T and Coco have both done their share of partying, Ice-T as an actor and hip-hop artist, and Coco as a lingerie model who once worked at the Playboy Mansion. On Tuesday's 'Access Hollywood Live' (weekdays, syndicated on NBC), the pair talked about why their marriage works, in advance of the debut of their new reality show on E!, 'Ice Loves Coco.'

Ice-T said one of the first things he ever asked Coco was, "Are you done?" In other words, he said, "Have you done all the partying, have you done your adventures? Me being an older guy, I've done it." She had, but she had a head start, she said, having started her partying days at 16.

Questions We'd Ask Conan O'Brien on '60 Minutes'

by Danny Gallagher, posted May 1st 2010 1:27PM
Conan O'BrienFinally after being bound and gagged by the confines of an NBC contract, Coco will be able to remove that ball gag that Jeff Zucker finds so fetching and speak his mind.

He'll be sitting down with '60 Minutes'' Steve Kroft this Sunday for an exclusive interview on everything that's happened since he gave 'The Tonight Show' back to Jay Leno, just a day shy of his interview contract deadline.

This isn't intended to question Kroft's journalistic ability or choice of questions, but he has a position that most TV fans would sacrifice a live goat to have. Ever since the "s" hit the "f" during NBC's "Late Night-Gate," people have been dying to ask Coco questions that could cost him money, legal fees and quite possibly a finger if he answered them before his contract expired. Here are the questions that inquiring minds want to know.

Stewart and Colbert Ink Deals Through 2012

by Mike Scalise, posted Apr 20th 2010 10:00AM
And now, a moment of zen for late-night TV.

According to the New York Times, Comedy Central recently signed its two award-winning "fake news" stars -- Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert -- to deals that would keep them on the air through 2012's presidential election.

"Jon and Stephen have established themselves not only on the cable landscape but also on the cultural landscape," said Doug Herzog, President of MTV Networks, which owns Comedy Central. "I think of myself as the manager of the '61 Yankees. I just wanted to keep writing Mantle and Maris into the lineup as many seasons as I can."

Conan's Tour Kicks Off in Eugene, Oregon

Conan O'Brien on tour in Eugene, Oregon
Conan O'Brien's 'Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television' Tour might be a once-in-a-lifetime event, but that doesn't mean it isn't bound by the laws of concert tours.

Those are the unspoken laws of live entertainment physics that affect every staged entertainment venue across the globe. And just like actual physics, they are cruel mistresses with no pity for people who dare to challenge them or go outside their boundaries of motion, inertia and box office receipts.

Four Reasons Why Conan Will Thrive On TBS

by Joel Keller, posted Apr 13th 2010 2:37PM
Coco is with TBS promoIt goes without saying that when Conan O'Brien announced that he had signed with TBS to do a new late night show, mostly everyone who follows these things was shocked. TBS? Didn't they already have George Lopez at 11PM? What happened to Fox, FX and Comedy Central? Is anyone even going to see Conan on cable?

But it didn't take long to realize that going to TBS was the right move for Conan, especially after some of the details of the deal were revealed. In fact, the longer you look at it, the better the deal looks, for these four reasons.

1. Conan will own the show. This is a big one. TBS had no problem letting Conan own his show and just paying him a licensing fee to air it. Fox was never going to allow him to do that. And control was a big deal to Conan, according to The Daily Beast's Peter Lauria, especially after everything he went through with NBC and 'The Tonight Show.'

Would You Watch Conan's Show at 7PM?

by Bob Sassone, posted Mar 18th 2010 11:33AM
ConanAll this talk about Conan O'Brien signing a deal with FOX has overshadowed another possibility for Coco: the coveted... 7PM slot?

TheWrap.com is reporting that Conan has actually been approached by two companies about having a syndicated show earlier in the evening. Debmar Mercury (the Tyler Perry sitcoms) and CBS Television Distribution. While it seems that a late night show on FOX would be the more probable scenario, this at least makes things a little more interesting. Could be an interesting alternative to sitcom reruns and 'Inside Edition.'

When Would You Like To See Conan's Show?
Late night686 (64.8%)
Early evening, around 7pm232 (21.9%)
Neither. I watch other late night shows. Besides, I'm not giving up Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.140 (13.2%)

Andy Richter Tells All To Kelly Ripa (Reege is on Vacation)

by Bob Sassone, posted Mar 9th 2010 3:15PM
Andy RichterNo one closely involved in the Conan O'Brien/NBC chaos has spoken out on the matter, at least anyone close to Conan's side. Jeff Zucker did give an interview to Charlie Rose and Jay Leno sat down with Oprah, but Conan hasn't given an interview (he's busy on Twitter though!) so we don't know his side of things, aside from his statement that was released before everything was decided. But sidekick Andy Richter is talking, and he actually said a lot while sitting in for Regis this morning on 'Live with Regis & Kelly.'

Richter says that Conan isn't allowed on TV for a while but he's not under the same restriction (in fact, he's still under contract with NBC) so that's why he co-hosted today. You can tell Richter isn't happy with the way things went down (in fact he says he does have bad feelings towards the network and/or Leno), and a lot of the feelings we assumed he and Conan had about this seem to be pretty accurate.

I was especially happy that Richter mentioned that, yeah, the ratings for Conan's 'Tonight Show' weren't great, but that's because they had Leno as a lead-in. "It's not like the local news suddenly got worse," Richter said.

Team Coco Takes Over Leno Message Thread, So NBC Takes It Down

by Bob Sassone, posted Mar 3rd 2010 5:04PM
ConanNBC has removed a thread on their Jay Leno message forum that was taken over by Team Coco. The Conan fans not only posted messages about Conan (that they wanted Jay "to see"), they also posted pictures of Conan like the one on the right (both bearded and clean-shaven versions).

I'm going to side with NBC here. Hey, you're bound to see that stuff online and there's a history of people doing things like this to get their point across, but it's their forum and they can do whatever they want with it, especially if it's overrun with messages and photos from fans of someone who doesn't even have a show on the network anymore. Of course, this doesn't excuse NBC from the other "let's delete Conan" stuff they pulled, including taking down all of his 'Tonight Show' clips from the site and the dumping of Conan collectibles from the NBC online store.

Conan O'Brien Immortalized in Cheetos

by Danny Gallagher, posted Feb 2nd 2010 7:00PM
There are very few true signs of utter respect in your profession. Don't believe me? I'll venture a bet that no one has ever made a Cheeto profile of your boss' big fat head.

An artist with the Eclectic Asylum Art Gallery of Colorado Springs, Colorado did just that for former 'Tonight Show' host Conan O'Brien with over 2,000 Cheetos of the crunchy, puffed and "flamin' hot" variety. It goes without saying that orange really suits ol' Coco.
