Kevin Kline Hosts Stephen Colbert's Billionaire 'The Donating Game' (VIDEO)

Stephen Colbert was already raking in unlimited funds via his Super PAC, but he had to disclose his donors, which was limiting the potential for corporate contributions. So his lawyer found another loophole on 'The Colbert Report' (Weeknights, 11:30PM ET on Comedy Central). He can set up a shell company which can take anonymous donations from anyone, including corporations or billionaires, and then the shell company can donate to his Super PAC so it's untraceable.
The FEC Rules Stephen Colbert 'Can Haz' Colbert SuperPAC (VIDEO)

It's been two months in the making -- and Stephen Colbert had the withered balloons to prove it -- but his Colbert SuperPAC is finally a thing of reality. He appeared before the Federal Election Commission Thursday morning to hear their ruling, and then took to 'The Colbert Report' (Weeknights, 11:30PM ET on Comedy Central) to tell his Colbert Nation."Today I changed the course of America," he declared before going into a clip of the actual vote.
The smile on his face was priceless -- as if he couldn't believe this was actually happening -- when he was told, "Mr. Colbert, you may form your PAC and proceed as the commission has advised in this opinion."
Stephen Colbert to Appear Before FEC Thursday for Ruling on His Super PAC (VIDEO)

Stephen Colbert is one step closer to making his Super PAC dreams a reality, and he wants you to be a part of it.On 'The Colbert Report' (Weeknights, 11:30PM ET on Comedy Central), he announced that Thursday morning at 10AM ET he'll be appearing before the FEC.
He's hoping they will grant him a media exemption so that he can use his own resources without implying any links or contributions from his parent company, Viacom. In other words, he's hoping to be able to go crazy in the 2012 election making insane commercials and ads about whatever he wants to, supporting and/or opposing any candidate or issue.
Personally, we can't wait to see what he comes up with should the FEC approve his Super PAC.
