'Bones' - 'The Predator in the Pool' Recap
We too are glad that Booth is out there to save the day and especially that he is played by cutie David Boreanaz, no? However, I'm not sure 'Bones' fans were as glad to see Catherine Bryan, played by Rena Sofer, out there with Booth as it puts yet another obstacle between Booth and Brennan's potential coupling.

'Bones' - The Death of the Queen Bee' Recap

(S05E17) Okay, boys and girls, here's the deal...
For some reason unbeknownst to me, my Stupid DVR (name brand) did not record this week's installment of 'Bones.' This, despite the fact that I set it up as a series recording. Of course, I can blame it on the kids, but that wouldn't be fair to them (I need to save that blame for when I do something stupid).
Until I can catch the episode on the Interwebs, I'm going to leave this post open for you, the wonderful and caring readers of TV Squad, to comment on the show. Let us know how you felt about this post-'I love you, but we're just friends' episode of the series, and if you think their new relationship will actually work until they eventually fall passionately into each others' arms sometime around season 33.
You can also let me know if the same mystery DVR loss has ever happened to you. That'll make me feel a little bit better.

Bones and Booth Kiss on 'Bones' (VIDEO)
It's the 100th episode of 'Bones' (Thu., 8PM ET on Fox), and it's a very special episode indeed! The latest episode of the crime drama delves into the romantic back-story between Dr. Temperance "Bones" Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and her partner, Seely Booth (David Boreanaz). The pair have had a "will they or won't they" type of romance going on for some time now, and at last, we get a little background on their relationship.Watch the video after the jump.
'Bones' - 'The Parts in the Sum of the Whole' Recap

(S05E16) "What you call a mistake, Sweets calls an interpretation." - Booth to Brennan
Thanks to the mistake Sweets made in his book, we were treated to a flashback with backstory for our favorite squints and co., including Zack, as well as finally getting to see Booth and Brennan's first case. Of course, these reveals were all overshadowed by the real question of the week: Do Booth and Brennan really truly love each other?
'Bones' 100th Episode: How Bones and Booth Met
Audiences have spent five years watching Dr. Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) in action on Fox's 'Bones,' but they don't know how the duo became so dynamic. That will change on April 8 when 'Bones' (Thurs., 8PM ET on Fox) celebrates 100 episodes.Series star Boreanaz directed 'The Parts in the Sum of the Whole,' which recounts Booth and Brennan's first case together. "David did a great job," said executive producer Stephen Nathan in an interview with AOL TV.
'Bones' is known for one of the most talked about "will they or won't they?" relationships, and Fox is teasing that the duo's walk down memory lane has a profound effect on them -- and could change their feelings for each other forever.

'Bones'' 100th Episode - An Early Look

Mark your calendars 'Bones' fans, the show will air its 100th episode on April 8! To celebrate this milestone, the cast and crew, as you can see from the picture above, celebrated and the network ensured medias would cover this very special episode by sending a press kit our way.
Shows go out of their way to offer us extra special episodes when they turn milestones such as 100. Can't wait for April 8 to get the dish on this fantastic episode? Here comes my preview!
Spoilers ahead!
What to Watch: April 5 - 11

Bones - Wednesday April 7, 8 pm, Global/Fox
For the 100th episode of 'Bones', David Boreanaz directs a backward-looking episode that recalls the early days of the Booth-Brennan relationship and how romance almost got in the way of the work. I too remember the early days of 'Bones' - the expensive 3-D technology they used to reconstruct a body, seeing Angel in a suit, the awkward dialogue of the overly-techy techies. I admit, I didn't think the show would make it this far. But there's no doubt Emily Deschanel and Boreanaz have great chemistry and that the show has grown and improved since those early days. Is it the new 'Moonlighting'? Not exactly, but it still deserves kudos.
'Bones' - 'The Bones on a Blue Line' Recap

(S05E15) "Go ye forth and live life to the fullest." - Sweets
Starting this week, regular reviews of the hit series 'Bones' return to TV Squad. What better week to resume our reviews of the show than by reviewing the 99th episode of the series? What's even better? The fact that this week's episode is the first of eight all new and uninterrupted episodes of the series!
After weeks of reruns, the series finally returns with a bang! Sweets' life is turned upside down by a dramatic event while a Japanese reporter follows Brennan and Booth around in order to get gossip on the people who inspired Brennan's latest book. Oh, and there's steamy page 187 of the book, too!
'Bones'' 100th Episode - Press Kits Unwrapped

FOX's top crime drama, 'Bones,' has grown a lot over the years, gathering more and more fans along the way as well as treating us with great episodes and compelling characters each week. Now that I've watched episodes 99 and 100 of the series -- both will air in early April -- I can't imagine why I actually didn't enjoy the pilot at all when I previewed it the summer before the series aired. I'm extremely happy in retrospect that I gave the pilot a second chance and tuned in when the series premiered back on September 13, 2005, as it is one of my favorite TV series nowadays.
In order to advertise the milestone episodes that are episodes 99 and 100, FOX sent out a press kit to media types like us. Let's open the box (see picture above) shall we?
Did Swine Flu Sideline David Boreanaz and 'Bones'?
Here's another mystery for the sleuths of 'Bones': What was the bug that benched Booth (David Boreanaz), shutting down production on the Fox crime procedural Monday for the first time ever while the actor recuperated? The initial rumor, spread by none other than show runner Hart Hanson, was that Boreanaz had swine flu. But both Hanson and 'Bones'' production company rushed to quash that rumor, insisting that the 40-year-old actor simply suffered from garden-variety flu, and that production would, with luck, resume on Tuesday.
Bones: Harbingers in the Fountain (season premiere)

(S05E01) I'm sure I wasn't the only person dumbfounded by the way last season left off, but not to worry, faithful fans! We're not in for an entire season of Booth With Amnesia as feared. In fact, we pick up season five of Bones six weeks after Booth's brain surgery, and things are pretty much getting back to normal. Not only is Booth recovering fine, he seems to have (thankfully) gotten over his temporary amnesia and remembers Brennan as his partner and not his wife.
Eddie McClintock Talks 'Warehouse 13' and Looking Like David Boreanaz
Most TV fans will know Eddie McClintock from somewhere (Noel's brother on 'Felicity'? Gabby and Carlos' adoptive baby's daddy on 'Desperate Housewives'? David Boreanaz's rival on 'Bones'?). The familiar actor talks to AOL TV about his new SyFy series 'Warehouse 13' (July 7, 9PM ET), in which he plays a Secret Service agent who's sent (along with a prickly but attractive fellow agent played by 'Vanished''s Joanne Kelly) to South Dakota to work in a top-secret government warehouse. McClintock dishes about how he hopes 'Warehouse 13' will be the breakout hit on his lengthy TV resume, and (speaking of David Boreanaz) how he's often the subject of mistaken identity involving a pair of TV hunks. -- By Kimberly Potts
Jane After Dark: Five reasons why Angel season five is awesome
Well, you guys were absolutely right. Season five of Angel is awesome, and I'm so glad I slugged through some of the earlier seasons that didn't exactly float my vampire boat. The writing in season five is excellent, the characters are both fun and multidimensional (especially Wesley, whose story only gets more and more tragic), and it's just a great all-around season. Here are five reasons why I loved this season as much as any TV show (including Buffy).
Jane After Dark: Is Angel as good as Buffy?
Well, I've covered Buffy the Vampire Slayer here on Jane After Dark, and my nephew, who loaned me his Buffy DVDs, also got me into Angel. Nearly everyone I talked to about Angel said they just couldn't get into it. After Buffy, maybe everything else pales in comparison. I have to say, I really only started watching Angel out of respect for Buffy and Joss Whedon, and because I really loved the character of Angel (and David Boreanaz is not hard to look at). I was alternately watching Buffy and Angel at the same time (one disc of Buffy, one of Angel, and so on); it was a good way to do it, because there were a few crossover episodes that made a lot more sense watching them that way.
