The quest for the mirrorball trophy -- and pop culture relevance -- is upon us once again.

'Dancing With the Stars' Season 13 is right around the corner. Though ABC won't announce the cast until Aug. 29, we've heard plenty of casting rumors -- Kristin Cavallari, Snooki, Queen Latifah, Tiffani Thiessen, Chynna Phillips, Rob Kardashian -- but can't resist weighing in with our own dream contestants.

All-Star baseball player Derek Jeter realizes that Denis Leary doesn't really fight fires, right? Maybe. On 'The Daily Show' (weeknights, 11PM ET on COM), Leary discussed the commercial that the 'Rescue Me' cast made with the Yankee.

"He comes to the set, and we go in the makeup trailer," explained Leary. "[Jeter says], 'I really admire what you guys do. I don't know how you do what you do.'

"And Steve Pasquale sums it up. He goes, 'What are you talking about? We're fags -- we pretend to be brave guys.' ... I thought that really summed it up."

Derek Jeter [Okay, I admit it: I looked on the USA Today line up of commercials to find out who that was] is walking around talking about baseball and people on the street are stopping him and telling him that he had a great game. So, is this a commercial for a sports drink or for the upcoming baseball season? The field is following him as he walks and there is a lame joke about that at the end.Not a very effective commercial to have an athlete in a long, dark coat skulking around. But I have been interested in trying G-2 just because it's low calorie Gatorade. Gotta love that. But how does it taste?
