Rachael Ray complains of numbness in her fingers and Dr. Mehmet Oz quickly diagnoses the likely cause as a pinched nerve in her neck on 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated). So, to help with her pain, Oz quickly administers a massage.Dancing Away the Pounds on 'The Dr. Oz Show' (VIDEO)

Renowned choreographer Stepp Stewart appeared on 'The Dr. Oz Show' (weekdays, syndicated). While on the show, Stewart shared some advice about how to lose those extra pounds. His advice: dancing! Stewart then made host Dr. Oz join him in a variety of embarrassing dance moves, including "the hopscotch" and "the hula hoop."So, okay. We'd just like to say two things here. One, "Stepp Stewart" is a pretty cool name for a dancer. And two -- is this supposed to be exciting medical news? Yes, dancing is focused physical activity, and physical activity leads to weight loss. But didn't we kind of ... all know this already?

Among the things that put us in the mood, nipples and hemorrhoids definitely don't make the cut.Joy Behar and Dr. Mehmet Oz, however, got frisky on 'The View' while discussing these and a part of the human anatomy that, uh, shall remain nameless. Watch the clip for more, but be forewarned, the humor veers dangerously close to the scatological.

Oprah developing new show for Dr. Oz
by Allison Waldman, posted Apr 9th 2008 12:04PM
Please file this item under the "Duh" file: Dr. Mehmet Oz, Oprah's favorite medical expert, is getting a spin-off talk show. Harpo Productions, Oprah's company, is developing a Dr. Oz talk show to commence fall of 2009.According to insiders, the Harpo team had meetings with distributor in Chicago last month. A medical talker with Doc Oz, which I bet will be called Ask Dr. Oz -- the name of his successful segments on Oprah's show -- would follow in the footsteps of Dr. Phil. Remember, Dr. Phil McGraw began his life as a talker by appearing on Oprah in infrequent hours that were a de facto pilot for his own talk show. Dr. Phil then launched in 2002, as a Harpo production, and has been a big time hit. He's even challenged Oprah in some markets.
