According to the Hollywood Reporter, ABC has cast the actress as the lead in its comedy pilot, 'Happy Endings.'

Elisha Cuthbert Joins Christian Slater on 'The Forgotten' (VIDEO)

by Jane Boursaw, posted Feb 10th 2010 3:12AM
<a href='My Own Worst Enemy' didn't fare so well with viewers, but maybe Christian Slater will have better luck with 'The Forgotten' (Tues., 10PM ET on ABC). He stars as Alex Donovan, an ex-cop who takes on cases after they hit a dead end with the police.

Looks like Elisha Cuthbert doesn't plan on spending too much time as Kim Bauer on '24,' because she's joined The Forgotten Network. All she has to do is "show up," so how hard can that be?

Elisha Cuthbert and Christian Slater on Finding 'The Forgotten'

by Chris Jordan, posted Feb 8th 2010 4:30PM
Come Tue., Feb. 9, Elisha Cuthbert, who's had some memorable scenes in her career, is joining Christian Slater on the ABC mystery drama 'The Forgotten' in a recurring role. It's not the first time the two have worked together -- they paired on the big screen in the 2007 dark comedy 'He Was a Quiet Man,' in which she played a quadriplegic and Slater an office drone with homicidal fantasies.

On 'The Forgotten,' Cuthbert's Maxine Denver joins a team led by Slater of non-professionals who help law enforcement identify Jane and John Does. The Jerry Bruckheimer-produced series, which premiered in the fall, marks a new television venture for Cuthbert, who's best known as Kim Bauer, daughter of Jack Bauer on Fox's '24,' and for the movies 'Old School,' and 'Love Actually.'

We chatted with Slater and Cuthbert about the similarities between 'Quiet Man' and 'The Forgotten' -- besides the dead bodies -- and about how 'The Forgotten' has started to solve real-life John and Jane Doe mysteries.

Bonnie Hunt Shows Clip of Teenage Elisha Cuthbert (VIDEO)

by Donald Deane, posted Feb 3rd 2010 5:30PM
On 'The Bonnie Hunt Show' (weekdays, syndicated), Bonnie Hunt surprised Elisha Cuthbert with a clip of her as a teenager acting on a children's show.

In the clip from 'Popular Mechanics for Kids,' the young Cuthbert looks and sounds very much like the '24' actress we know today, except for one obvious difference. Watch and see if you can spot it.

Review: '24' - '9:00PM-10:00PM'

by Jane Boursaw, posted Feb 2nd 2010 6:20AM
24: Season 8, Episode 6

(S08E06) "If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, we don't do that anymore." - Hastings to Jack, on using unsavory methods with the Russians

Oh, snap. The Russians may have bought Renee's cover, but that doesn't mean she's out of danger. Just the opposite, especially given the fact that she's a loose cannon and doesn't seem to care whether she lives or dies at this point. Or maybe that's not necessarily true.

Elisha Cuthbert Joins 'The Forgotten'

by Rebecca Paiement, posted Dec 8th 2009 11:00AM
Elisha Cuthbert, famous for her role as Jack Bauer's daughter (Kiefer Sutherland) on '24,' will be appearing in a six-episode arc on ABC's drama 'The Forgotten.' The Hollywood Reporter says that Cuthbert will take on the role of Maxine Denver, a Chicago professional who is forced to put aside her skepticism when the Forgotten Network helps solve a case.

Cuthbert first appeared on the scene with mini roles in 2003's 'Old School' and 'Love Actually.' She then worked on other film and television projects, including appearing as a judge on the Canadian version of 'Project Runway.' In 2010, she'll breathe life into the animated cat Cleo, a cartoon kitty with wealthy feline parents, in Imagi Entertainment's 'Cat Tale,' along side Jerry O'Connell and Billy Idol.

Elisha Cuthbert gearing up for another great day

by Jason Hughes, posted Sep 12th 2008 9:02AM
Elisha CuthbertAccording to EW's Michael Ausiello, Kim Bauer will be reunited with Daddy Dearest come 2009. That's right, Elisha Cuthbert has signed a contract to reappear on FOX's 24 this upcoming season. When we last saw her during the fifth season she was being whisked away from Los Angeles by her much older boyfriend, Barry.

She's not expected to return until toward the end of the upcoming seventh season and while she won't be "with" Barry, she will be with a child. Or at least have a child. I'll bet she didn't even tell Jack that he was a grandfather. In fact, is it a sign that 24 is getting a little long in the tooth that our action hero is a grandfather now?

Elisha Cuthbert cast on CBS romantic comedy

by Allison Waldman, posted Mar 27th 2008 5:25PM
Elisha CuthbertJack Bauer's daughter is trading in angst for romance. Actress Elisha Cuthbert has been cast on the CBS pilot Ny-Lon. That's the one-hour romantic-drama-with-comedy based on the British series of the same name that aired on the Channel 4 TV in 2004 (only there it was called NY-LON; apparently the American version is initial cap only).

She's baaaack! - NOT!

by Anna Johns, posted Feb 14th 2006 8:03AM
Hey! Don't kill the messenger. I had it on good authority (USA Today) that Elisha Cuthbert would be back on 24 on Monday night. And, in case they change their story, here's the original quote: "It's official. The magnet of mishaps is returning to 24 tonight. Though actress Elisha Cuthbert took a season off to star in big screen flicks (House of Wax, The Girl Next Door), her character, Kim, will be back to complicate matters for her dad, Jack Bauer." The story printed February 13, 2006.

She's baaaack!

by Anna Johns, posted Feb 13th 2006 8:03AM
By popular demand? I don't think so. Jack Bauer's daughter, Kim, returns to 24 tonight. First of all, she's going to be surprised to find out that her dad is alive. Then how will she react? Will she want her old job back at CTU? Who knows what storyline awaits Kim this season. She's already been tormented by a cougar and held hostage by a psycho in an underground bunker. I'm guessing she had a baby since Jack "died". Why not?
