New 'House of Lies' Promo: Don Cheadle is Sticking It to the 1 Percent
by Crystal Bell, posted Nov 12th 2011 1:00PM
Get ready corporate America. Marty Kaan is coming for you.Showtime has released a new trailer for their new midseason comedy, 'House of Lies,' featuring the cast -- which includes Don Cheadle, Kristen Bell and Ben Schwartz -- sticking it to the 1 percent. They're management consultants who control more than you think, and they'll say whatever they can to close the deal -- even if that means seducing a client. And yes, there's even a little more dancing involved.

'House of Lies' Stars Don Cheadle & Kristen Bell Rock a New Promo
by Maggie Furlong, posted Sep 24th 2011 7:00PM
Critics haven't seen more than a quick clip or trailer for Showtime's new comedy 'House of Lies,' but I'm still excited and optimistic for what the show might be.See I love a lot of the network's so-called comedies, but this one -- starring Don Cheadle, Kristen Bell, Ben Schwartz, Josh Lawson and Dawn Oliveri -- has promise to actually be funny.
Proof: This bare-bones but totally adorable promo of the five management consultants letting loose a bit. Sure, the show's description calls them "cutthroat" and says they'll do just about anything for money, but that can be comical, too. And even without showing me a second of footage from the show, seeing Cheadle's silly side and, of course, Bell's usual adorableness has gotten me pumped to see more.
We'll have to wait until closer to the show's Jan. 8 premiere for actual screeners, but stay tuned. For now, just enjoy ...
