Alec Baldwin Talks Butt Double on 'Letterman' (VIDEO)

by Donald Deane, posted Dec 24th 2009 8:59AM
Being Alec Baldwin's butt double has its perks, including access to the best tables in the finest restaurants across New York.

Baldwin appeared on 'The Late Show with David Letterman' to promote his upcoming rom-com 'It's Complicated,' and told David Letterman he had a stand-in backside for the movie's more revealing scenes. And, according to Baldwin, the actor whose posterior subbed for his more famous rear end is now enjoying a degree of new-found celebrity.

Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin to host the Oscars

by Allison Waldman, posted Nov 3rd 2009 10:17PM
oscar_gold_statuetteThe Vegas oddsmakers were wrong about Billy Crystal. He isn't hosting the Oscars. Neither is Hugh Jackman. No, today it was announced that Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin will serve as cohosts of the 82nd Academy Awards. Interestingly, Martin and Baldwin are costarring -- with Meryl Streep -- in the upcoming romantic comedy, It's Complicated.

Choosing these two guys, however, is not complicated. It's actually pretty damn clever. Both men are very funny, very comfortable in the moment -- a necessity for a complicated show like the Oscars when anything can go wrong -- and they bring a lot of good will and star power to the proceedings.

Talk about complicated: more Denise Richards

by Brad Trechak, posted Oct 29th 2008 6:01PM
Denise RichardsI guess it IS complicated.

After having her show supposedly canceled during the first season, Denise Richards is getting a second season of her reality TV show It's Complicated. By the way, the cancellation was according to Denise. E! did give a response to that rumor.

There are several reasons E! has decided to do this, none of which involve torture. It could be that her high-profile feud with ex-husband and TV star Charlie Sheen (which is slightly dated news particularly since the man remarried) has kept her name in the public light. It could simply be the current nature of the business in which a horrible economy is giving second chances to shows that wouldn't have been picked up otherwise. It could have just been a tactic by Richards herself to guarantee a second season.

For those who liked the show, you are blessed with Denise Richards once again sharing her life with you. For those who didn't, watch more Two and a Half Men in protest.

Not so complicated after all - Denise Richards' show axed

by Allison Waldman, posted Aug 26th 2008 11:23AM
Denise on beachIn terms of compelling celebrity reality shows, Denise Richards thought she had a great story to tell. Her life seemed very complicated, what with her fights with ex-husband Charlie Sheen and their legal wrangling over their children, it seemed like a compelling product.

Umm...no, it wasn't.

Today, E! pulled the plug on Denise Richards It's Complicated, her attempt to keep up with the Kardashians and outdo the Hogans. The bottom line with Denise's show was that it really wasn't that complicated. It was dull.

Her family appeared as her supporting players, including her father who -- like his children -- is still mourning the loss of his wife, Denise's mom. Those moments in the show were sad, but a little went a long way.

Denise's getting in the middle of the employment issues with her assistants was hardly great TV, nor was watching Denise driving in Beverly Hills. And, yes, the ratings were declining week after week.

Denise Richards Interview for 'It's Complicated'

by Kim Potts, posted Jun 13th 2008 6:00AM
Denise Richards "I had to have an AIDS test after I left [Charlie Sheen]. Why would I want his sperm?"

Too bad 'The Surreal Life' was already taken; it would be an apt title for Denise Richards' E! reality series, 'Denise Richards: It's Complicated' (Sundays, 10PM ET).

The starlet's deliciously dishy show chronicles her life with daughters Lola and Sam as her war of words with their dad, Charlie Sheen, continues to play out in the tabloids.

Richards talked to AOL TV about why she's doing the series, a potential return to 'Playboy' and -- of course -- her take on her TV-star ex.

Super Skank Wednesday: Dina, Denise, Byata, & Rece - VIDEOS

by Kristin Sample, posted Jun 11th 2008 12:38PM
Serch & YoYoWelcome to Super Skank Wednesday. This is where I celebrate the awesomely skanky people on the following shows: Miss Rap Supreme, I Love Money, Charm School, New York Goes to Hollywood, and The Surreal Life. Basically, I'll discuss the skankalicious shows that make VH1 the network it is today.

Notice how I've changed my introduction? I almost added Living Lohan and Denise Richards: It's Complicated but I realized that would compromise my integrity. I did, however, watch both of those shows Sunday night. I'll tell you about them and the finale of Miss Rap Supreme after the jump.
