Jana Kramer Debuts Country Single on 'One Tree Hill'

Jana Kramer'One Tree Hill' has a history of promoting on-the-rise musical acts, and last night's episode was no exception.

But this time, the up-and-coming singer in question was OTH star Jana Kramer, who announced last week in OK! magazine that she had signed a record deal with Warner Music Nashville. Kramer premiered 'I Won't Give Up,' her first country single, on the show last night.

"It's about never giving up on those that you love," Kramer said in a video on her website. "I wrote this song because I know what it feels like to be on both sides, and I know how it feels to need someone when you're going through a hard time.

• 'American Idol' winner Fantasia Barrino was hospitalized last night following an apparent drug overdose in Charlotte, N.C. The overdose occurred after media outlets reported Barrino had produced a sex tape with her married boyfriend, who is currently involved in a child-custody battle.

• Actress Annie Wersching, best known for her role as Renee Walker on '24,' gave birth to her first child, Freddie Wersching Full on Sunday.

• 'One Tree Hill' star Jana Kramer is filing for divorce only a month after her July 4 wedding. Kramer met her former husband, Johnathon Schaech while they were filming the horror film 'Prom Night.' Schaech is most famous for his role in the cult film 'That Thing You Do!'

Michaele Salahi, 'Real Housewives of DC' star and famed "White House crasher," was served with court papers over the weekend. PR firm Brotman-Winter-Fried Communications have alleged that Salahi and her husband owe more than $15,000 in unpaid fees from a polo event held in 2008.
