30 Rock: Reunion

(S03E05) "We all have ways of coping. I use sex and awesomeness." - JackI haven't gone to any of the many reunions my high school class has had over the past 25 years. I mean, one of the great things about graduating from high school is that you don't have to see these people anymore. I have a few friends from high school I'm still good friends with, and that's enough.
I was certainly more liked in high school than Liz Lemon was (I think we all were!), but this episode just confirms my suspicions that going to a high school reunion would be a very, very bad idea.
Casting news for Captain Cook's Extraordinary Atlas
by Allison Waldman, posted Jun 16th 2008 3:43PM
ABC has cast some familiar television faces in an ambitious family-oriented pilot called Captain Cook's Extraordinary Atlas. The West Wing's Janel Moloney (yes, she's done other stuff, too, but to me she's still Donna) and Patrick Breen (who's been on lots of shows like Eli Stone and The West Wing, too), will play the adopted parents of Gwen Malloy, the star of Captain Cook's Extraordinary Atlas. Jodelle Ferland, a 13-year-old veteran has landed the Gwen role, and the show will revolve around her. Ferland is a vet, having appeared in features like Tideland, a Terry Gilliam film, Dark Angel and The Collector. On TV, she was in Stephen King's Kingdom Hospital.Captain Cook's Extraordinary Atlas is being talked up as a Harry Potter meets Pan's Labyrinth, although the plot also has elements of Nim's Island in there, if you ask me. Gwen is an adventurous kid who discovers a magic atlas. The atlas is the key to a secret world beneath our own reality.
House: It's a Wonderful Lie

(S04E10) "Who's that from?" -- Kutner
"Santa, of course. Don't you know that I worship him? Oh wait, that's Satan. Sorry, I get them confused." -- House
Well, maybe it was the fact that I haven't seen an episode of House in nearly two months, but dear ol' Greggie seemed more cynical than his normal cynical self. Most likely it was due to the holidays. You know, the holidays that came and went over a month ago. I know that FOX is trying to save as many episodes of its hit shows as possible, but it would have been nice if they aired the House Christmas episode around, you know, Christmas.

The West Wing: The Cold
by Bob Sassone, posted Mar 12th 2006 9:13PM
It seems like such a long time ago that we had a new episode
of The West Wing. We had John Spencer's death, then the Olympics. Seems like
it's been forever. So when they showed the "previously on The West
Wing..." recap, I was actually interested in it. Where exactly did we leave off? Oh yeah, the nuclear
accident in California, Santos starting to creep up on Vinick in the polls, the aftermath of the live debate. And now
we see that Santos isn't just creeping up on Vinick, he has tied him in several states (including Vinick's California),
and surpassed him in others. Donna and the gang is so happy by the polls that they go crazy and start waking up everyone
in the hotel. Donna goes into Josh's room, and they are so ecstatic about the numbers that they...TV Squad Hot Topics
