by Alex Moaba, posted Sep 18th 2011 11:00PM
Lonely Island gave a hilarious live medley performance of their hit songs 'Jack Sparrow,' '3 Way (The Golden Rule),' and 'I Just Had Sex' at the 2011 Emmys, which featured a slew of musical guest appearances.

The Andy Samberg-led musical trio had those three tunes nominated for Best Original Song, although they were beaten out by Justin Timberlake's 'SNL' monologue in an award handed out at the Creative Arts Emmys last week. But they were the ones who stole the show at the main event.

Michael Bolton, who was at one point dressed in full pirate regalia, joined Maya Rudolph, John Stamos, Ed Helms and Akon in the star-studded medley.

Unexpected Vocal Coaching on the iPod Ruined a Date for John Stamos (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Jul 21st 2011 8:05AM
John Stamos and Jimmy KimmelJohn Stamos is a good-looking guy, with few problems, we suspect, in the dating department. However, even guys like him can run into trouble, with a little help from their vocal coaches.

On 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (Weeknights, 12AM ET on ABC), Stamos told a cautionary tale we can all learn from.

Be aware what is on your MP3 player at all times. Especially if you're thinking of ever putting it on shuffle. You never know what might start playing at the worst possible time.

In Stamos' case, he was close to sealing the deal with his date when some lessons he'd loaded on there from his vocal coach started to play. And the specific guidance he was getting at that moment couldn't have been more ill-timed.

"Open your mouth wide," the coach said, "Stick your tongue all the way out."

Stamos was apparently "rounding third" at this point with the girl, so the coaching actually sounded appropriate and completely inappropriate at the same time.

John Stamos, 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit'John Stamos even makes being bad look good. As Ken Turner on 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit' (Wed., 10PM ET on NBC), Stamos got to put those good looks of his to use over and over again.

While there are many women who would love to imagine having children with Stamos, they might not have liked as much what happened with Ken. The detectives even tried to embarrass him into breaking down by bringing in 20 of his children together from the New York area.

'Glee' Season 2, Episode 15 Recap

Gwenyth Paltrow and Matthew Morrison in 'Glee' - 'Sexy'
['Glee' - 'Sexy']

If show business were fair, Gwyneth Paltrow would be a regular cast member of 'Glee' instead of one of those pesky A-list movie stars.

She really does fit very well within the fabric of the series, and her second appearance tonight as Holly Holliday enforced what was so enjoyable about Paltrow's first guest spot: She went for broke with her singing and dancing, and was more than capable of keeping up with the rapid and quirky goings-on. In fact, Holly would be my favorite character on the show if she was on more often.

Tonight's episode had a bit of a split personality. The first half felt like what 'Glee' has become: music piled on top of goofiness piled on top of more music. But the second half felt like what 'Glee' used to be: a story about a bunch of outcast kids -- and their almost-as-outcast teacher -- struggling to figure things out at McKinley High.

The Complete Guide to the Charlie Sheen and 'Two and a Half Men' Saga

by Gary Susman, posted Mar 8th 2011 5:00PM
Charlie Sheen in 'Two and a Half Men'Now that Charlie Sheen has been fired from CBS' hit sitcom 'Two and a Half Men,' about the only thing that's certain is that the actor won't have to put on a vertical-striped shirt ever again (or, as he puts it, "for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension"). But so much else remains up in the air.

Can TV's most popular comedy continue without TV's highest-paid star? Will John Stamos or Rob Lowe (or another player to be named later) replace him? What sort of financial consequences is CBS facing if the lucrative, eight-season hit grinds to a halt? On the other hand, would it still be profitable to keep an aging, Sheen-free show going for a ninth year?

Below, we'll try to answer these and other burning questions about what's next for a network suddenly drained of tiger blood.

"Now those teenagers who are watching 'Glee,' 10 years from now ... are gonna see you and go, 'Oh, I loved you on 'Glee.' They're not even gonna know what 'Full House' was. And they're going to disrobe."

Hey, Jimmy, to further cement your theory, you should add Stamos' sexy turn as Dr. Tony Gates on 'ER.'
