It's always a bad sign when the groom rushes out of his wedding right before the nuptials are set to take place. Even worse when he hops into a waiting limo with a hot brunette, leaving his other hot brunette at the altar.It's definitely a high-class problem for Matt McNamara on 'Nip/Tuck' (Wed., 10PM ET on FX). Did he make the right decision? Did he pick the right hot brunette?

TV Squad Soap Report: My Emmy nominations for 2009

Did you enjoy the Daytime Emmy Awards last week? Were you happy to see grand soap stars like Anthony Geary and Jeanne Cooper honored? I have no complaints with the winners -- and as I mentioned in previous posts, I had predicted some of them correctly. But I do have qualms about so many actors and actresses who weren't even nominated. A lot of great performances weren't recognized. Therefore, I've decided to recognize a few actors and actresses who should be on the ballot in 2009! That's right, this is a pre-emptive list of six who should be included in next year's Daytime Emmy nominations.

Martha Byrne dishes about leaving As the World Turns

For the past two decades, give or take a year here and there, actress Martha Byrne has played the character of Lily Snyder on As the World Turns. That all ends next month. According the executive producer Christopher Goutman, "We made Martha an incredibly generous offer in hopes that she would remain. Unfortunately, Martha has decided to leave despite our best efforts to keep her." That's the show's side of the story.
