Justin Long's Vegas Cabbie Took Fares to Have Sex With Her Grandma (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Dec 6th 2011 5:30AM
Justin Long, 'The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson'The cab drivers in New York may be the most famous in the world, but Justin Long had a story on 'The Late Late Show' (Weeknights, 12:35AM ET on CBS) that put at least one Las Vegas cab driver on the map. That said, we're not particularly recommending her destination.

In the story Long was drinking though, so should we take his tale with a grain of salt? According to him, the female driver shared with him that she often takes her fares to go and have sex with her grandmother.

Her grandmother is 92-years old. Long didn't specify if he was given the offer to go and meet the woman, but neither did he offer much more in the way of details. This is the kind of tale for which there are many questions.

Justin Long Is the Male Jess on Thanksgiving Episode of 'New Girl' (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Nov 16th 2011 2:00AM
Justin Long, 'New Girl' - 'Thanksgiving'It was a Thanksgiving celebration on 'New Girl' (Tue., 9PM ET on FOX), which means all the traditions like turkeys in the dryer and dead old ladies on the toilet. Wait, that doesn't seem right.

But it was funny, as the gang found themselves relocating to a neighbor's apartment when their dryer turkey experiment led to a fire in their apartment. Never mind that the lady of the house was dead, it gave us time to get to know Jess' bizarre male counterpart Paul, played by Justin Long.

So was it weird seeing someone just as goofy as Jess driving the guys crazy, or do we like the idea of her finding someone like herself she can enjoy? Of course, if they're too much alike, doesn't that mean he'll soon be driving her crazy? Future episodes perhaps ...

What to Watch: TV Picks for November 14 - 20

by Stephanie Earp, posted Nov 14th 2011 9:35AM

Bones - Thursday November 17, 9PM ET/PT, Global/Fox

I do enjoy it when 'Bones' decides to have a little bit of fun with their murder scenes. This week, they find their victim shrink-wrapped with a Prince Charming doll. Turns out, the woman worked for a toy company headed by guest Morgan Fairchild, who always adds a dash of creepy camp when she turns up. Meanwhile Sweets prepares for his gun certification, despite the fact that Booth still objects to him carrying a weapon.

'Ed' Cast: Where Are They Now?

by Kim Potts, posted Oct 11th 2010 7:45PM

Ed cast
Last week marked the 10th anniversary of 'Ed,' which certainly has a plum spot on our list of great shows that were canceled too soon. The fine dramedy that revolved around a barrister/bowling alley proprietor and his quirky fellow Stuckeyville-ians premiered on NBC on Oct. 8, 2000. And though its four seasons whizzed by all too quickly, we can't say we hardly knew ye, 'Ed' ... in fact, we knew ye, and loved ye, quite well.

Justin Long Gives 'Late Night' Interview in Fake Voice (VIDEO)

by Aimee Deeken, posted Sep 15th 2010 5:27AM
Justin Long Gives Interview in Fake Voice on 'Late Night'Apparently, the voice we're hearing from Justin Long in 'Going the Distance' and 'Alpha and Omega' is his "actor" voice. When he visited 'Late Night' (weeknights, 12:37AM ET on NBC), his "real" voice was on display.

"Thiw iw how I normawy talk, and I thought we were -- we're not recording thiw. We're jus hangin' out in between segments," said Long. "Yeah, no, this won't air," joked Jimmy Fallon.

Then Long pretended that Fallon was mocking him and made him "rebeat afber me" a proper apology. Fallon had a difficult time keeping a straight face. Long, too, broke character for a few seconds, when he laughed into his 'Late Night' mug.

Drew Barrymore Loves Jon Stewart, and Might Still Love Justin Long (VIDEO)

by Oliver Miller, posted Aug 26th 2010 2:25AM
Drew Barrymore Loves Jon Stewart, and Might Still Love Justin LongActress Drew Barrymore was the guest on the new 'Daily Show' (weeknights, 11PM ET on Comedy Central). And while she was on the show, Ms. Barrymore took a little time out to discuss her love life (sort of). Drew is currently appearing in the film 'Going the Distance,' and her co-star is none other than her on-again, off-again, and maybe on-again boyfriend Justin Long.

Host Jon Stewart seemed a little confused as to whether Drew and Justin were still dating -- but that's okay. A lot of other people are confused about that too. For her part, Drew remained coy, saying this about Justin: "I may be [dating him]. I may not be! I don't know!" Honestly, she really did seem like she didn't know, so maybe the celebrity couple are just going through a weird time right now.

Justin Long Talks Nude Scenes on 'Lopez Tonight'Justin Long is nude in "a lot" of the film 'Going the Distance,' George Lopez helpfully pointed out when the actor appeared on 'Lopez Tonight' (weeknights, 11PM ET on TBS). But to complicate the already delicate issue of baring all, many scenes were filmed in the home of an orthodox Jewish couple. For example, the studio had to replace a grill and utensils after a scene with non-kosher food.

Saturday Night Live: Drew Barrymore/Regina Spektor

by Annie Wu, posted Oct 11th 2009 10:29AM

(S35E03) Drew Barrymore is energy. Pure, almost-scary energy. It's disorienting to watch when one is bleary-eyed and staring at a tiny TV in the wee hours of the morning, but this trademark makes for consistent television-viewing. While the quality of Saturday Night Live's writing may waver from episode to episode, every time Drew Barrymore returns, one can safely expect absolute enthusiasm and a palpable willingness to step back and laugh at herself.

All right, little Ms. "I Extra-Love Female Empowerment," prepare for me to work that ego.... Especially when one compares her to the typical "hot girl" host (see: Megan Fox's SNL premiere), Barrymore doesn't box herself in and offers a lot more opportunity for fun characters. Would someone like Fox ever be willing to bolo it up to play Nina Wilkes Booth? I doubt it.

Why hasn't John Hodgman scored his own show?

by Danny Gallagher, posted Jun 28th 2009 11:29AM
humorist John Hodgman, author of Uber-humorist John Hodgman has a wit that hasn't been seen since the likes of Robert Benchley. His uncanny ability to turn his know-it-all prowess and droll delivery into brilliant comedy deserves scientific study.

I'm not saying he needs a complete autopsy. Maybe just a little exploratory brain surgery that doesn't do any permanent damage to the neurons and synapses that allow him to conjure long lists of hobo names and an incredibly detailed history of the American lobster. Trust me, there is a hilarious global warming cure in that noggin somewhere.

So after watching his brilliant and funny performance at the White House Radio and Television Correspondence Dinner (Speaking of which, didn't we just have one? How many of these damn dinners do they need? Are television reporters experiencing a major shortage of grilled chicken?), a lingering but obvious thought occurred. Why does this man not have his own television show?
