Kathy Hilton to guest star on The Young and the Restless
I always imagined that being a Hilton is like living in a soap opera--wealth, scandal, and the occasional arrest. Apparently real life isn't dramatic enough for one member of the Hilton clan. Paris' mother, Kathy Hilton, will appear on The Young and the Restless as herself. The episode, which will air on May 13, was filmed on Wednesday.
Hilton's fictional self will ruffle some feathers in her Y&R cameo by taking over a magazine photo shoot. I'm not sure where that falls on a soap opera's bad behavior scale, but I'm sure that such workplace antics will at least earn Kathy a few dirty looks. The Hiltons have had plenty of TV exposure over the last month. Paris just did a cameo on a recent episode of My Name is Earl. Barron Hilton, Paris' brother, became a gossip show regular following his DUI arrest.
I Want To Be A Hilton: Finale
Finally the last time I have to hear this horrible theme song. We're down to three: Jackaay, Jaret and Vanessa. Kathy meets with all three contestants. Jaret reads a poem, Jackaay confesses her dodgy childhood, and Vanessa talks of how money and class aren't the same thing. The three go to dinner with Kathy and Kathy pulls Vanessa aside and sends her home because she hasn't been through a big transformation. Jaret and Jackaay then prepare to give big speeches as the final competition. They get consultants, makeovers and visits from friends and family. They got gussied up and give heartfelt speeches to Kathy and their rejected contestants compatriots as to why they deserve to win. Jackaay (oh wait, are we supposed to call her Jacqueline now?) does the better job. I'm thinking that Jackaay deserves the $200,000 and trailer-full of sponsored prizes but Kathy announces Jaret as the winner. Jackaay is gracious in defeat saying that Jaret has been through more hardships and that "her trailer is probably larger than his trailer." And at last it's over!TV Squad Hot Topics
