by Will O'Brien, posted Sep 24th 2006 6:22PM

If you enjoyed the 'first' season of Doctor Who on SciFi, you'll be glad to hear that the show's coming back to SciFi with season two. The fresh season brings a the new Doctor (revealed in last season's finale) now played by David Tennant along with Billy Piper reprising her role as Rose Tyler.
In the US, we get to see The Doctor second hand. Martin Conaghan already reviewed them for the British season, but you might want to check out his reviews as the season replays in the US. Martin is kind enough to note when he's revealing spoilers but you might want to check them out after you've caught the latest episode.
If you've never seen the new Doctor Who, it's worth checking out. British humor seems to have a sardonic twist that appeals to me. Who else would could pull off a show with a killer Christmas tree?
The first episode of Doctor Who season two premiers on Friday, September 29th at 8/7C.
