Kim Richards has been raising eyebrows lately on 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' as cast and audience-members alike have been concerned about her spaced-out look, word-slurring and erratic behavior, and have wondered if she may have some type of drug problem. When she revealed that she's taking several prescription mood-stabilizers, Dr. Paul Nassif speculated that a combination of prescription medications might explain her appearing out of it.

Adrienne Maloof and Dr. Nassif stopped 'The Wendy Williams Show,' (weekdays, syndicated on Fox) and continued to speculate about Richards' mental health, as well as her new relationship with boyfriend Ken Blumenfeld. On the question of her behavior, Dr. Nassif had this to say, "When you're on numerous medications for moods, and you combine them all together, and possibly the dosing may be off, it can cause some of those symptoms of the eyes a little glassy, a little bit of slurring of the words ... just looking like you're not completely with it," he explained.
