We've all experienced the workplace fire drill -- usually pretty hum-drum (unless you work on the 30th floor and have to descend all those flights of stairs). On 'Kirstie Alley's Big Life' (Sun., 10PM ET on A&E), Alley wanted her staff (who work out of her home) prepared for an emergency, and hired a special-effects team to really do it right.

Kirstie Alley is 59 years old and is still looking for Mr. Right. And on the latest episode of 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' (weekdays, syndicated) she discussed the dating problems that she faces as an older woman. "I don't know what I'm looking for,' she said to DeGeneres. But Alley knows what she's not looking for. And she seems to have a few issues with men her own age. "The guys that are my age ... they all look like Lloyd Bridges." Hmm. We can see how that could be a problem. So, does Alley want a younger man?

Kirstie Alley spun out of control last night on 'Kirstie Alley's Big Life' (Sun., 10PM on A&E), but it didn't involve food -- it was with Twitter.

In order to help her assistant get dates, Alley took to the social networking site. Alley posted Kelly's likes, dislikes and even her phone number in an effort to get her dates. Moments after describing her ideal guy, Kelly got a mysterious phone call.

"You got my number off of Twitter? I think you have the wrong number," Kelly told the gentleman before turning to Alley and saying: "Did you just (bleep) Twitter!?" Too bad Kelly can't fire her boss ...

Cheater, cheater, BK eater. On 'Kirstie Alley's Big Life' (Sun., 10PM ET on AETV), Jim -- Kirstie's trusty handyman, "chubby buddy" and fellow weight-loss partner -- turns out to be not so trustworthy after all. When Jim swears he didn't break his diet with a trip to Burger King, the industrious apprentice-assistant (and now private detective) Kyle comes to the rescue.

"Hope you don't pick your nose, Jim, I'm gonna to see it all," says Kyle as he installs a hidden camera in Jim's car. Video footage doesn't lie. Check out the actress's reaction.

Awww ... how cool would it be to have John Travolta and Kelly Preston show up at your surprise birthday party? And even cooler to have Travolta dance with you. That's how it went down on 'Kirstie Alley's Big Life' (Sun., 10PM ET on A&E).

And with the awful time the Travoltas have had after losing their son, Jett, it's nice to see them able to relax a bit and have fun. Hopefully, they're starting to have a new normal that takes them into the future.

Kirstie Alley could use a little help with her pranking skills, because the one she pulled on her new trainer didn't seem all that funny on 'Kirstie Alley's Big Life' (Sun., 10PM ET on A&E).

Apparently, the guy is black, so Alley thought it would be really funny if she told him she's a redneck and has a problem with blacks. Then again, her black friend was right next to her and seemed amused, so maybe it's just us.

Though Kirstie Alley may have stirred up controversy over her show's supposed ties to Scientology, 'Kirstie Alley's Big Life' (premiering tonight, 10PM ET on A&E) looks full of Xenu-free hilarity.

The show will chronicle Alley's progress in her weight loss program and her experience as a single mother raising teenagers in Hollywood. And all glamorously lit -- Alley is done up in perfect makeup, and though she may be big, her bouffant is certainly bigger!

Kirstie Alley is preparing to make her small-screen comeback in a big way when her new show, 'Kirstie Alley's Big Life' premieres on March 21st. According to EW.com, Alley's new reality show is set to bow with back-to-back episodes when it hits cable network A&E at 10PM ET at the end of next month.

According to a press release from the network, the show will "chronicle the extraordinary life of Golden Globe and two-time Emmy winner Kirstie Alley from her journey with her weight loss program to her life as a single mother trying to raise two normal teenagers in the Hollywood spotlight."
