by Nick Zaino, posted Aug 3rd 2011 2:35PM
Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb brought a Latin flavor to 'Today' (weekdays, 7AM on NBC), interviewing rapper and producer Pitbull and dancer-cising with Zumba creator Beto Perez. They talked with Pitbull, co-founder of the Bad Boy Latino label with P-Diddy, about the finer points of creating mega-hit records before putting on their workout clothes and trying to keep up with Perez in an outdoor exercise session.Pitbull has appeared on a lot of other artists' records, including Marc Anthony and Lil' Jon. Sometimes he writes the entire record, sometimes just his part, and he said he was thankful that big names seek him out. "I don't look at it like they're clamoring to get me on the record, I look at it more like they gave me an amazing opportunity after all these years of hard work," he said. "To me, the secret behind a record is arranging the record and having fun while you're doing it."

In the penultimate episode of 'Celebrity Apprentice' (Sun., 9PM ET on NBC), four would become the final two. To help him make this tough decision, Donald Trump brought back three recent winners.Joan Rivers, Piers Morgan and Bret Michaels assisted by interviewing the final four and served as advisors to Trump in his biggest decision yet. In fact, he did the firings before the challenge, based almost entirely on their tips.
A key moment for one of this week's eliminated contestants in the interviews came when asked about who would make it into the finale.
"My three winners hated your answer when they asked you who should be in the finals and you didn't say yourself," Trump told this person before firing them. Who didn't believe in themself?

Gary Busey Is Terrifying in the First 'Celebrity Apprentice' Promo
by Jean Bentley, posted Jan 12th 2011 11:15AM
In this first promo for the upcoming season of 'Celebrity Apprentice,' this year's gang of unlikely star contestants tell a dude in a suit (what, The Donald was busy?) why they're qualified to be the next champion.Let's just say their answers probably wouldn't get them a business-related job anywhere else other than an NBC reality show -- LaToya Jackson's "I'm an entrepreneur, and a Jackson" and Nene Leakes' "When I walk into a room, I own it" aren't actual things you can put on your resume. Jose Canseco's menacing bat swing and Gary Busey's terrifying gaze might get me to think twice, though.

There's a Porn Version of 'Reno 911!' ... for Some Reason (VIDEO)
by Oliver Miller, posted Jul 27th 2010 9:00PM
What would it be like to see a gigantic pornographic image of yourself on the big screen? That's the question facing the stars of 'Reno 911!' Because as it turns out, there is a porn version of the now-canceled comedy show. Why is there a porn version? How could that possibly be sexy? Your guesses are as good as ours. The porno version is called 'Reno 911: A XXX Parody.' (Clever title!) And actual 'Reno' star Thomas Lennon went to see the adult movie. The celebrity news show 'TMZ' (weekdays, syndicated) has the full scoop.
Lennon checked out the film, and got to see the porn version of himself. And apparently, Lennon's porno doppelganger is a little more well-endowed that he is. "I'm talking about -- honestly -- a foot," Lennon said, while spreading his hands to indicate the size of the man's, um, tool.
Rapper Panel Explains Appeal of Big Butts to Chelsea Handler (VIDEO)
by Aimee Deeken, posted Jul 22nd 2010 8:30AM
Chelsea Handler may regret bringing up the Kardashian sisters' assets on her show. The comic said, "I hold black men responsible for the Kardashians." She then asked a panel of rappers visiting 'Chelsea Lately' (weeknights, 11PM ET on E!) to explain the appeal of sleeping with women who've got some junk in the trunk. They were more than happy to give frank, detailed explanations. "We need a little bit to hold on to," said rapper Rick Ross. Handler replied, "I appreciate that because I look at your body, and I think, 'That's a lotta meat.' I like that."
Big Boi said he liked "to see the ripples." Lil' Jon was the most, uh, informative, using hand gestures and giving tips on getting "deep in there like a miner." Handler appeared stunned into silence.
Craig Robinson Gets a Rap Makeover on '2010 Hip Hop Honors' (VIDEO)
by Oliver Miller, posted Jun 8th 2010 3:25AM
Craig Robinson -- of 'The Office' and 'Hot Tub Time Machine' fame -- is trying to adapt to the world of hardcore rap. As are we all. But Craig is the host of the '2010 Hip Hop Honors' (Mon., 9PM ET on VH1), and so adapting might be a little more crucial to him than it is to us.In order to host the awards, Craig needs a slight makeover -- which he receives from rapper Lil Jon. He gets some "bling" around his neck, and some other stuff as well. Let's all hope that Craig can pull through.
This year's 'Hip Hop Honors' awards focuses on the musical acts of the South. All joking aside, it's a very impressive group of artists that are assembled for the show, and we're excited to see who the winners will be.
