LIVE BLOG: Sarah Palin Interview on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show'

Welcome to AOL TV's live blog of Sarah Palin's appearance on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show.' The former VP candidate is granting Oprah her first sit-down interview since her failed candidacy, and we're giving you a front-row seat from the comfort of your office desktop... or, if you're lucky, your couch.
Here a little early? Brush up on your knowledge of the relationship dynamic of Sarah Palin and Oprah Winfrey and get up to speed with our Palin-Oprah primer.
Palin's appearance on Oprah is her first stop on her promotional tour in support of 'Going Rogue: An American Life,' her new memoir which hits bookstores tomorrow.
Our live blogging will begin at 4PM ET sharp. If you're watching at home, chime in with your own observations in the comments.
TV Squad Live Blogging: the Emmy nominations
9:23: Here are all of the nominations. Leave your comments below as to what should have been nominated but wasn't and the nominations that make you roll you eyes and say, "give me a break..."
9:22: I have a feeling James Spader is going to lose this year.
9:20: Battlestar Galactica fans will be happy to see a nom in the writing category.
9:18: So...no nomination for The Wire? That's going to make fans throw their TV sets through their windows (though TV sets are harder to lift nowadays...maybe they'll just kick them in). Still not sure why Jon Cryer is "supporting" and Charlie Sheen is "lead" on Two and a Half Men.
9:15: So I lied. Instead of reposting up here I just went back to the entries below (oh, the wonder of the internet!) and put show titles in, made them italic, made everything easier to read.
Live Blogging the MTV Video Music Awards
When my editors here at TV Squad asked me if I wanted to live-blog the VMAs, my response was "hell yea!" I then put on a banana suit and danced around the house, singing "It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time" until my wife threatened a divorce.I've been itching to live-blog something since coming on board here at TVS, and even though doing it with the VMAs means giving up the first game of Sunday Night Football (and consequently giving up the little that's left of my maleness), I'm okay, When it comes to live-blogging, I have the same standards as a drunk girl at the end of a party.
So, without further ado, let's get to it!
The Golden Globes? We've got you covered!
We'll have live blog coverage of the red carpet arrivals tonight, starting at 6. Just in case Scarlet
Johansson's nipple accidentally slips out while being interviewed or someone on E! says something really stupid.
We'll blog until 8, and then Cinematical takes over for the rest of the
night with their live blog of the awards show. See you then!
