Kristin Declares Her Love for Brody, Gets Dissed on 'The Hills' (VIDEO)
by Aimee Deeken, posted Jul 7th 2010 7:00AM
Though in Costa Rica Kristin Cavallari messed around with a bartender and said Brody Jenner wasn't "the one" for her, she completely changed her mind on the following episode of 'The Hills' (Tue., 10PM ET on MTV).During a chat with her on-again, off-again boy, Kristin told Brody, "I kind of want to give things a shot with you. And I mean, I want a boyfriend, so I would be willing to really try."
Brody's response? "Now is kinda too late," he said gingerly. "Part of the reason why I've been so distant ... is because I've been hanging out with somebody else, and I kinda want to see where it could go."
Kristin sought comfort from Lo Bosworth, saying, "The guy that I love doesn't want me." But Lo assured her that maybe it was just a case of timing. Umm... yeah. Maybe.
Lo Bosworth Talks About the Reality of 'Hills' on 'Bonnie Hunt' (VIDEO)
by Harley W. Lond, posted May 12th 2010 6:55PM
Where does reality start and stop on such shows as 'The Hills'?On Wednesday's edition of 'The Bonnie Hunt Show' (weekdays, syndicated), Hunt asked guest Lo Bosworth about the reality of drug use on the show; in particular rumors concerning Kristin Cavallari and her wild partying. Is it all just part of the drama of the show?
Bosworth's answer about the mix of reality and scripted scenarios on the show says a lot about the current state of reality TV -- confused as to what's real and what's not when those cameras turn on, and perhaps all a bit too premeditated. What do you think?
MTV Renews 'The Hills' and 'The City'

The bitch is coming back for another season of 'The Hills.'According to Variety, MTV has renewed 'The Hills' for a sixth season, despite a noticeable dip in the ratings. Also getting a pickup is its east coast spin-off 'The City,' which will return for its second.
This would be only the second season for the show's new lead, HBIC Kristin Cavallari, who joined the cast following the departure of the show's original star, Lauren Conrad. Before her stint on the 'Hills,' she had been better known as Lauren's nemesis on 'Laguna Beach.'

Boy drama ... girl fights ... and the monstrosity that is known as Speidi. Yes, people, it's time for the season finale of 'The Hills.'We caught up with Lauren 'Lo' Bosworth -- who made her reality show start as a teen on MTV's 'Laguna Beach' and later followed BFF Lauren Conrad to 'The Hills' -- last night before her flight from L.A. to New York to give us a sneak peek at what's ahead for the show and its stars. (Um, is Justin Bobby out of the picture yet, or what?)
OMG from the red carpet: The Hills live season finale
by Kristin Sample, posted May 13th 2008 9:20AM
Okay, let's get this out of the way first. No, Heidi wasn't there. No, Spencer wasn't there. Yes, that's totally their style. And yes, I was kind of bummed out. Speaking of bummed out, it was freezing in Beverly Hills last night. MTV rented the outside of this swanky mansion but here's the catch, nothing was going on inside. So, the press had to freeze for three hours while we waited to talk to the stars of The Hills. Also, the port-o-potties MTV set up for us were super classy. Come on! There had to be at least fifteen bathrooms in that house.
For what happened at the live red carpet event before the big season finale, read on past the jump. I got to talk to Chiara Kramer, "Lo" Bosworth, and Stephanie Pratt.
