I guess that ABC never met a recap show it didn't like. Devoted Lost fans will spend the hour leading up to the show's winter premiere watching Lost--Survivor Guide, a clip show hosted by executive producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof. As usual, the episode will feature collections of major characters' flashbacks and brief summaries of past storylines. The episode's description also claims that some possibly unnoticed "island secrets" will be revealed.
